PT. Pulau Mas Texindo is as committed to excellence in customer service as it is to the excellence of its products. We recently embarked on a program that provides customers with dedicated, trained, professional customer service executives. Their main responsibility is to make sure customers’ needs are satisfied effectively.

BUSINESS CENTER
Customers are facilitated with a business center that provides free local call, facsimile, photo copy service and internet connection.

 

CONCIERGE
Upon request we provide information needed by customers in regard to hotel reservation, ticket reservation, transport accommodation (e.g. car rent, plane schedule, train schedule), city tour and money exchange.

 

SMOKING SECTION
To create a clean air and safety environment, we conduct a prohibition for smoking to all employees and visitors inside factory area. For those who smoke we provide a smoking area.

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES
Small cafeteria provides snack and drink bar.

 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY
We annually do survey for our customer, this is to evaluate what and how services had been given to our customers during a year, what improvement to be made and how to increase more satisfaction to them.
